About Effulgence

At Effulgence, we believe that grace is not just a concept or a message—it is the very Person of Jesus Christ. Our passion is to unveil Him as the fullness of God’s love and the only true light for life and godliness.

We are on a mission to make grace a mindset in the hearts of men, by leading them to look away from distractions and fix their gaze fully on Jesus—His life, His finished work, and His ongoing ministry through the Holy Spirit.

Our Assignment

Until this message of My GRACE becomes phronesis—a mindset established in you—you will not fully profit from the sufficiency that is in Christ.

OUR VISION

To see the grace of God firmly established as a mindset in the hearts of men, bringing them into a deep understanding of the redemptive work of Christ—resting entirely on His sufficiency and finished work. We envision a people who look away from every distraction and fix their gaze on Jesus alone, finding their identity, hope, and purpose in Christ alone.

Tribe-Effulgence Word Ministries is a church with the vision to see grace firmly established in the hearts of men—bringing them into an understanding of the redemptive work of Christ—and to see them look away from all that distracts, unto Jesus.

Founded in March 2014 and led by Akinyemi Olawale, Tribe-Effulgence exists to reveal the sufficiency of Christ and the power of His finished work.

At Tribe-Effulgence, we believe fully in the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ; in the saving power of the gospel; and in the radical spread of this good news to the ends of the earth. We are committed to knowing Jesus and His grace, and making Him known.

We grow intentionally through in-depth teaching services, fervent prayer sessions, immersive training camps, and impactful evangelistic outreaches.

We are a Spirit-filled, vision-driven church—God’s extension on the earth—called to reveal Christ in truth and power. We believe the gifts of the Spirit are active in every believer, and our gatherings reflect this through rich supply of the Word, prophetic utterances, healings, spiritual songs, and effectual prayers.

We believe the Word of God is infallible, the final authority for doctrine, and that the greatest expression of the Father’s love is seen in the redemptive work of Christ. We are the righteousness of God in Christ—not by effort, but by grace. We are blessed, accepted, and empowered through Him.

We teach the Gospel of Christ with power and simplicity, emphasizing:

  • The finished works of Jesus as the foundation for victorious living
  • The believer’s identity and inheritance in Christ
  • A lifestyle of intimacy with the Holy Spirit and service in God’s kingdom
  • The call to actively participate in soulwinning and soul building

O God, I believe in Jesus Christ
I believe He is the Son of God
I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins
I believe that God raised Jesus Christ from the dead on the third day for my justification
With my mouth I confess that Jesus Christ is my Lord
I take Him as my personal Saviour
By my faith in the blood of Jesus, I believe, I receive, the washing away of all my sins
By my faith in the Name of Jesus, I believe, I receive, eternal life into my spirit
Jesus, come into my heart, make me a new person
I repent of my sins and I turn away from them
I open my heart to the Holy Spirit, to flood my heart with the love of my Father God
I believe I am born again I am a child of God.
